About Our Pastor
Reverend Bonnie Crosier
My life has been one of adventure and personal self growth. I've had a good life even with its many challenges and trials. Things I have experienced and learned are only found in living life.
When I became interested in hospice. I completed training with Advocate Hospice and volunteered for 5 years. I found hospice work a good fit for me. The time I spent with my patients was rewarding and spiritual. This led me to my next step of ministry and chaplaincy.
Seminary for ministry was completed through Morris Pratt Institute, Milwaukee, WI and ordained through the National Spiritualist Association of Churches. During my time of instruction, I served as a pastor's assistant at a Spiritualist Church in LeRoy, IL. During chaplain residency in 2015, I completed two competencies through Advocate BroMenn Medical Center located in Normal, IL.
By paying attention to the spiritual signs laid in front of me, this has been the service of a lifetime. As an Ordained Spiritualist Minister and Hospital Chaplain, my continuous ability to serve others; along with compassion and gratitude while serving God is very important to me.
My worship services are centered on relevant topics making meaning to those who attend. I feel spiritual growth comes in many forms. I believe it's important to relate to the needs of others through service. I reach out to those in need of human compassion and understanding through the love of the Infinite Intelligence.
If you are looking for a church home that includes a spiritual experience with meaning, Love of Spirit is designed to provide that need. I look forward in meeting you!
Let us always meet each other with a smile,
for the smile is the beginning of love.
